Liberty Cemetery

Entrance Sign

This beautiful Masterpiece is made of Wrought Iron designed with oak leaves for the top, scrolls that have a slight Victorian flair and crosses that are discreetly hidden in scroll work down the sides.  The Cemetery is in an open countryside, so they wanted it to match the rural vegetation around it.

When the archway was finished, it was in five pieces.    They had poured concrete footings and brick pillars.  The archway is 17 feet high to the top of the scroll work, 13 foot to the inside opening and is 18 feet wide.   It has a beautiful Victorian style to match the vintage of the cemetery, yet has the oak leaves depicting the beautiful rural countryside surrounding it.  It is built so well, it should last another 100 years!

Dan is currently designing a smaller piece for another Cemetery.
